Red dots not showing up on pictures

After uploading the photo the red dots are not showing up on the patients picture to click on to get the analysis.

 

ANSWER:

 

The software does not generate the red dots. These are adhesive dots, 3/4" found at an office supply store. They are placed on the patient before the picture is taken.
