I can't seem to add new records or different patient's pictures are popping up in new records.
Estimated Reading Time: 1 MinutesPosture Pro has a natural 10,000 patient limit in its database structure. So, when you add record 10,001 Posture Pro actually overwrites record 001 and that's why unexpected patient names and pictures can show up in records. There is no work around.
But you can add a new Database and use both databases as needed.

This is the Directory structure of Posture Pro
PP8
PPDATA
All records are stored in PPDATA and its sub-folders.
By default, Posture Pro looks in that folder first to recreate the database. This physical address is represented by the hard drive address show at the top of the main screen of Posture Pro. It usually C:\PP8\PPDATA
To create a new database,
On the C Drive, create a new folder and name it PPDATA2.
Return to Posture Pro
Uncheck "Use Default Database"
Then click Open Database
Scroll down to PPDATA2 and highlight it with a single click.
When asked about Text Encoding, select ASCII
Now you see a new address at the top of Posture Pro, the address of the new database. To switch back to the old database simply select Use Default Database.
These two databases now live on the same computer. The new database for new patients and the old database to retrieve older exams.
