My images come in sideways

When I import a picture into Posture Pro they come in sideways.

 

 

We expect that you will take the posture pictures in the Portrait mode, with the camera turned 90 degrees. This better frames the person and lets you get closer to take the picture. To import the image correctly into the analysis screen, Posture Pro automatically rotates the picture. So, if you hold the camera normally, landscape mode, and import that picture, it will appear sideways.

 

To correct that, turn off AutoRotate in the Image Options section of Posture Pro’s main screen.

 

However, it is strongly recommended that you turn the camera 90 degrees when taking the picture.
