Who Can Receive An Unlock Code.

Software customers never own the actual software, just a license to use it according the the License Agreement accepted at the time the software is opened and used for the first time. We control the license through the use of unlock codes that are specific to the installed computer

 

Because these codes are so valuable, we restrict the requests for codes to the actual registered customer or to a list of names provided by the registered customer.

 

There may be a delay in getting an unlock code while we verify the source of the request. We will always err on the side of the registered customer.
