Hi

After transferring a license to another computer I cannot open the software on the new one any longer. The error message says: C:\PPV\00\pp.exe Another program is currently using this file"

I shall need to use this computer with Posture pro by January. Please help me resolve this issue.

 Reinstall Posture Pro on the computer in question. Do not uninstall, simply reinstall. Then reboot the computer and open Posture Pro. Single click on the desktop icon to prevent Posture Pro from trying to open multipe instances.
