No Desktop Icon Created in Posture Pro

After I install Posture Pro there is no desktop icon and no way to open the software.

ANSWER: Make sure you are logged on as the administrator or as a user with full privileges. That’s the only way to fully install software. Microsoft requires that level of access as a security measure.
