Images come in Sideways

Images rotated 90 degrees;

Hello,

I am having difficulty with one of my Posture Pro 7 computers. I am unable to import images. When I try the images are rotated 90 degrees and cropped. It makes no difference what size the photos are before importing

ANSWER:

The instruction manual talks about the Auto-Rotate feature. If you turn the camera side-ways the Auto-Rotate button must be checked. If you don’t it must be unchecked.
